Holliston is located at the intersection of Routes 126 and 16.  The Shrine is on the Southside of Holliston.

From Boston, MA: take the Mass Turnpike to Route 16, or Route 9 to Route 126.

From Springfield and Worcester, MA: take the Mass Turnpike to Highway 495 south.  Take exit 20 to Route 16, Holliston.

From Providence, RI: take Interstate 95 to Route 495 north.  Take exit 19 to Route 126, Holliston.
